AmphoChem AB is a distributor active in the Nordic countries, the Baltic States and Belarus.

We are distributing a wide range of chemicals to customers in the cleaning, paint & coatings, personal care, food, feed & pharma industries. We are looking for a person that has experience from sales, preferably selling surfactants or other chemicals, or someone with relevant experience from one of the industries we serve.

As our new Sales Manager you will be responsible for supporting the existing customer base by maintaining and developing internal and external network. You are also expected to grow the sales and ensure professional implementation of new projects.

You will play a key role in helping to deliver profitable and sustainable value. This will involve implementing sales strategies and acting as an ambassador for AmphoChem and our principles. We will look to you to assess customers' needs and business in order to produce compelling value propositions to our business. 

You will have your home base at the headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, where you will have team members supporting you. Your main focus will be the Nordic countries.


Candidate profile:

- Experience from sales, preferably from selling surfactants/chemicals or a background from one of the industries we serve.

- Chemical degree is a plus

- Result oriented and quality driven

- Good negotiating skills

- Team player with good communication skills
